Submission to the Preparing for, & responding to, future pandemics & other international health emergencies

These are my responses to the 3x questions

1. How can international cooperation be improved to more effectively prevent, prepare for, and respond to, future pandemics and other international health emergencies?

Answer: Ensure there is no corporate funding at all. Charge each & every country an annual membership fee of the same rate per head of their estimated population payable from their treasuries not by corporate or private entities. If they are too poor to pay they are not members at all & mismanaging their treasuries by not collecting enough revenue from their citizens or rorting/wasting their national resources. Remove the existing WHO Board in its entirety & have a congress style Health UN with every country represented by a fully qualified infectious disease human medical doctor or the countries health chief. No former employee of pharmaceutical companies allowed & a signed agreement that the member cannot work for pharmaceutical companies after. They have shown their hand in Covid19 & can't be trusted. All members elected to the board have their stipend paid for from the collected revenue. The stipend is paid at the world average earnings of a senior medical administrator. Oversight Board elected by an annual manual draw of lots. Sub-Committees elected by an annual manual draw of lots. Major decisions by a majority vote of all. This can be easily done with a Zoom meeting vote. On determination of a pandemic members that made the determination must immediately step down & an emergency vote is held for new board members again by manual lot. This will mean board members will be more cautious in calling a pandemic, will enable another set of eyes to view the decision making process, & will make it very expensive for pharmaceutical companies to game the system as they won't be able to pre-buy board members & will have to bribe them all (said increase in prosperity would be very visible in reps of poorer countries). Each country should be encouraged to have their own committee to support their member & again this can be by Zoom meetings & their service pro bono as accepted service on the committees should be prestigious in itself. Current conflict of interests considered as part of the recruitment process. No member on completion of service can work for private entities for 3years after service.

2. What issues do you think need to be prioritised to guide the world’s future preparation for, and responses to, future pandemics and other international health emergencies?

Answer: WHO were not just incompetent. In Covid they showed a clear intent to harm the children of English speaking countries ergo are racially prejudiced. I have already provided Royal Commission Aged & Disability proof of this. WHO withheld the information that natural immunity was robust. They promoted unhealthy medical practices & discarded a long history of modern & traditional medical practices. There is no if, buts or maybes - they are dangerous. The first priority is they must go. Australia's health committees are one big Big Pharma lovefest. Big Pharma is approving Big Pharma. The current situation where Queensland gets to regulate medical practitioners of all Australians is a joke. Health should remain the control of State in case there is a real health emergency. If the threat is from a foreign source though the constitution is clear a disease is an invader & Constitution s119 states "The Commonwealth shall protect every State against invasion" not vice versa.

3. Is there any other information you would like to provide that might help to guide Australia’s engagement on a new international pandemic instrument and changes to the IHR?

Answer:

Covid19 was a hoax all along. I'm a former State Emergency Service Dpty Rescue Leader & did the Wardens emergency recon. First cluster was 30 Dec 2019. 14day incubation/surface life means patient0 zero if real was infecting people from mid Dec. Patient zero though had his/her own incubation period so it really started beginning of Dec2019. The disease was alleged novel. So we never knew what phase contagion existed in (maybe post recovery too). Wuhan Hubei borders only went up 23 Jan 2020 54-55days later. That is nearly 4 cycles of the 14day period from an area of China that is part of a big train network carrying surface life. If Covid19 had been real it was already out but it wasn't. End of February WHO's own data shows that 96% of Covid19 deceased were still in the Wuhan Hubei lockdown region. Every single State Govt health administrator should have realized end of February that Covid19 was an overblown hoax, There should have been a lot of spotted it like me Jan 2020. Senate Covid got my submission & rejected it so it would not be published after all my health finds were proven correct. All across the world health experts were silenced by social media in favour of lets say it like it really is a dangerous WHO. Australia should not be agreeing to any engagement with WHO or WEF & there is a case that money we have already paid to them has been wasted & misappropriated for purposes unbefitting the aims of the United Nations when we consider the human rights abuses that have gone on with States mandates.

I have numerous links to the information on Social Media censorships that saw real experts censored while big pharma rorted the hell out of our treasury (something I covered in Senate Covid May 2020). And of course censored me unconstitutionally using 90minute qualified fact checkers so certain people could politically game our elections. There is a certain freedom in knowing that because all corners of APH are corrupt to the core my submission to this inquiry will also be rejected. This tin foil hat wearing anti-vax crazy is now one of millions in Australia & we want our suspended at Australian Governments whim social media accounts back & a lot of resignations. Building back better for us is a Government that serves us & not their foreign donor interests. Constitution s44(i) is very clear. The intent is we have a govt that serves us not foreign interests. There should be NO foreign instrument that we are engaged in & the only International Human Rights that needs to be added is life sentences for people like Palaszczuk that think they can game the system using fake emergencies to remove our human rights.
