Robodebt - Part 3 Accountings & Algorithms

Image
At the time I made my observations on the Centrelink data match program that raised Robodebts I held a Diploma of Accounting with currency. Centrelink's overpayment accounts better known as Robodebt in accounting are an "undue" or "unduly" paid special transaction also known as a general journal adjustment.  A transaction is a summary in accounts of a financial event & in accounting.  What determines a special transaction is they are often a correction of another transaction and/or relate to a prior reconciled period. Examples are returns of faulty products for credit.  When the product is returned, it still relates directly to the old financial event (the sale of goods), but the return & credit often occurs in a different accounting period.   The value of the original transaction itself cannot be adjusted unless it is within the same accounting period. At the end of each period "balancing the books" occurs & applying any adjustment changin...

Genome Sequencing - the Good you won't get, the Bad you don't know about & the real Ugly Truth

Currently, there is a push on to make genome sequencing look great. Really?  The last group we know had an interest in this on a mass scale were Nazis in World War II. Last night on Australia's ABC Southern Radio a session on using it for medicine to grow veins to interface with robotic technology.  I'm a wheelie amputee & a realist.  If they can't even build robots good enough to solve our problem getting willing fruit pickers so everyone can eat, is it likely Governments are going to invest money to remedy my leg problem? So what is it really about?  Insurance.  The Australian Liberal National Party Coalition has been data-mining us for the benefit of insurance & banking interests from when they first came to Government.  Make no mistake when the Australian Labor Party's donors include unions with Board seats on those Industry Superfunds with life policies they are in their bi-partisan boots & all. Those aged & disabled people usually have...

COVID19

Image
As a long term Australian swinging voter & health & welfare advocate I've no doubt people are astounded that Twitter suspended me, no reason given in over 2months & will not restore my account.  This was done timed to coincide with Trump & his followers suspensions.  You would have to wonder why a lot of people were so frightened of my information on COVID19 getting out they have been trying to discredit me. I have been warning people about COVID19 on Twitter since 25 January 2020.  I am not anti-vax & in fact in the Submission I have a screen capture of a tweet 20 at  2.4.8(a) March 29 2020 where I was pushing  people to get the flu vaccine early if they could.  This was before there was any push by the health departments.  I am not a Doctor I am a former deputy rescue leader.  I have a Diploma of Accounting & I was only 12 out in estimating Australia's real COVID19 deaths (less pneumonia & average mortality age) in my...

Robodebt - Part 1 Introduction & Part 2 Reverse Onus of Centrelink Overpayments

Image
PART 1 - INTRODUCTION Yet again the Senate Inquiry on Compliance aka Robodebt has been extended out.  As someone that has fought off 2 data match compliance accounts now & been fighting this horror since the start of November 2017, I won't stop till the people behind it see jail for Crimes Against Humanity. I was one of less than 1% of victims that chose to self-research & self-defend my Robodebt at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).  My win of a full waiver was June 2018 well over a year before it was proven unlawful in the Legal Aid Amato Court case.  My Tribunal action was lodged public April Fools Day 1 April 2018 which ironically was also Easter Sunday - Robodebt came out of the cave that day.  I knew my odds of a win was slim even with legal aid & being innocent (less than 2%).  That says a lot about the Australian Tribunal system.  I knew I could prove my innocence beyond a shadow of doubt. I thought though, I may as well go for b...

Homelessness Australia

This PDF is my Submission accepted to the Senate Inquiry 8th June, 2020 on Homelessness.  All Australians should be calling out Councils, State Govts & the Federal Govt for their disgusting & cruel mismanagement of welfare housing.  Yet again today, I have had to listen to parks locking people out for camping in national parks. When rents have been driven up & Newstart aka Jobseeker & student benefits have not seen a meaningful rise in 25yrs where are people supposed to live.  In this PDF I have showed a way the homelessness problem could have been resolved for less than welfares rent assistance. It is just not good enough. https://www.aph.gov.au/DocumentStore.ashx?id=8c539025-7b0b-4213-a047-b0b42003a9e3&subId=684394

Cashless Debit Card

If you are Australian & have not heard of this disgraceful card you need to listen up.  These cards are given to welfare recipients in some areas instead of cash being deposited direct to their accounts. The cost to taxpayers $10,000 per card per year for something that costed virtually nothing before.  I am happy to help with any questions on this. This is a PDF link to Australian Parliament House of my Submission accepted  27 Sept 2019  on Cashless Debit Card http://aph.gov.au/DocumentStore.ashx?id=c593cba1-f094-4df6-8adb-8505aca9b1c6&subId=670730.
