Under 16 Online Safety Social Media Ban

 

Lodged 21 Nov 2024. It isn’t rocket science. If you can have parental controls on tv’s then sure as eggs parents can apply them online also. There are numerous parental controls that can be applied restricting access to websites by children already. This took me 2seconds to pull up Googling. So why is the public purse being raided again. Before mobile phones children were physically bullied in school yards. Ask any parent what they would prefer names in text that can be deleted or stick & stones.

Australians made it very clear we do not want digital identity or digital passports. We see this for what it is. Nothing but another way to force the digital id on us.

There is no age limit in the Australian Constitution Act 1901. In 1901 the marital age was 12 for women & 14 for men. In some religions 13 is the age of adulthood which raises another s116 questions. Is this proposed Act attempting to undermine how we practice our religions. Is a 13 year old religious adult of an age

Australian Parliament House (APH), which includes the Governor General, is given power to legislate on communication in the Australian Constitution Act 1901 at s51(v). In 1901 Australia was at war against the Boer’s & yet no power was given even at war for APH to censor Australian citizens & residents in their real social life.

In point of fact & I state this as a former Labor member. Labor are the most despicable bunch of posters in social media. It is breathtakingly appalling that Australian Parliament House (APH) has no constitutional power to do anything online & yet has been misappropriating public funds in order to harm the free speech of Australians for foreign entity World Economic Forum. Digital is not like “other” s51v communications validated by issuance of patent in the 60’s.

We have had:-

1.      Labor trolls ramping up attacks on people exerting their right to bodily autonomy defaming them “Cookers” & “Anti-vaxxers”

2.       Australian Federal Police censoring correct medical comments & their authors.

3.       Labor putting up a committee they helped finance stateside Australian Media Literacy Alliance (AMLA) as their contextual source of knowledge on child safety online;

4.       A tyrannical e-safety commissioner that is a foreign disgruntled ex-employee of Twitter keeping lists on social media users & using public funds to pursue her personal vendetta

5.       ACMA’s online censorship committee that was even censoring St John’s Ambulance resuscitation charts & George Orwell.

Now this  unconstitutional rubbish that trashes the human rights of minors & seeks to undermine parental control.  Australians will never forget that we given only 7 days to respond to the Combatting Misinformation Bill & 24 hours for this censorship rubbish. Enough is enough. Bipartisan we were lied to about AABill 2018 using the threat of a non-existent imminent terrorist emergency. That bill is still active. We were lied to about the Digital Id being voluntary & now you will be blackmailing us with removal of our social media access unless we sign away our privacy to foreign entities. I do not comply & you have no constitutional power to enforce it!

With the USA alliance of Trump Must & RFK jnr nothing is going to stop the information about Covid19 coming. Children that were gagged with masks & used as big pharma’s  Covid19 jab test bunnies deserve full access to that information.
